Food serves as a cultural marker for communities and has a unique ability to bring people together. We support our community by procuring fresh ingredients from local farmers and purveyors or donating Small Bites services for community fundraisers.

California is such a diverse state. It allows us to draw inspiration from a variety of cultures utilizing Chef Kyoko’s experience working with Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott. We incorporate distinct combinations of flavors that create our version of California Cuisine.
